My role is to help you improve your athletic skills, and to do that, I have to learn more about you first:
What sport do you practice?
For how long?
What’s your level?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
What do you want to improve?
What is your mindset?
From there, I will assess your needs and suggest a general physical preparation to optimise your overall capacities. This preparation includes improving your endurance, strengthening your muscles and tendons (squats…), and what is called strength work (with bench presses, for example).
After that, things will become more specific. Now that your body is ready and free of any potential weaknesses, it is time to move on to specific physical preparation to win a competition. My role is to fine-tune your workouts to improve specific areas. I will prepare a program with exercises adapted to your sport, but also to your strengths and weaknesses. Of course, I take into account your ideas and objectives.
I will also give you some exercises to do at home, for better results.
You will also have access to quality equipment for an optimal training.
